Our goal is to provide our customers with efficient service, fast order delivery and a quality product subject to the budget of our customers.
We aim to act with honesty at all times even to the extent of providing potential customers with alternative suppliers if we can't meet their needs.
We will never purchase a product for less than its true worth and will never misrepresent a product to be more than it actually is.
We take pride in our products, our service and most importantly our people.
Pink Pallets operates as our original company F.Waters Transport did all those years ago by providing good service to the best of our ability with no excuses.
That's why we have customers that we dealt with since the day we sold our first pallet in 1995.
Mission/Vision
The future of Pink Pallets is undoubtably tied with the sustainability practices of businesses.Most companies are aware of their responsibility to recycle and reuse to reduce their carbon footprint.Pink Pallets uses whenever practical, recycled timber to repair our pallets and what little waste we have is used to generate electricity at Stanhope Powerhouse at Rocky Point, Woolgoolba.
Our goal is to aquire a large portion of land to grow trees as a further contribution to the reduction of carbon on our Planet.
At this time, instead of payment for pallets,many of our suppliers opt for us to make a donation to Landcare on their behalf.
